The products that we make using Maple Syrup

Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

We age pure maple syrup in bourbon barrels from Wigle Whiskey, a small-batch distiller in Pittsburgh. As soon as they empty the barrels, we fill them with hot maple syrup and let it age for several months. Then we filter and heat the syrup again to remove any impurities and residual alcohol.  The result is an amazing maple syrup with pronounced bourbon flavor.

Use it as a drink mixer, on desserts such as fresh fruit, ice cream or cheesecake, or on salmon, chicken or pork.  It is also delicious as a glaze on sliced carrots, sweet potatoes, or squash.  Or simply eat it on your pancakes or waffles!

Three sizes are available:

12 oz. for $30.00

8 oz. for $20.00

6 oz. for $15.00

Cinnamon Roll Infused Maple Syrup

Our Cinnamon Roll Infused Maple Syrup is our newest blockbuster specialty syrup.  Introduced in the fall of 2017, it really does taste like a freshly baked Cinnabon.

Use it on French toast and pancakes; squash and sweet potatoes; in your coffee; on ice cream, cheesecake and other desserts; in yogurt or oatmeal; or just drink a shot of it...it's that good!

Two sizes are available:

8 oz. for $20.00

6 oz. for $15.00

Vanilla Bean Infused Maple Syrup
